Dr. Zahedi’s Favorite Procedures
Dr. Zahedi’s favorite procedures are Rhinoplasty, Breast Augmentation/Reduction, Labiaplasty & Abdominoplasty. Here are a few of the reasons why she loves these procedures:
“The nose is the center point of the face and even slight changes can create a drastically different result. I love rhinoplasties because of the complexity and finesse of the cases. The anatomy of no two noses are ever a like and each case requires a great amount of attention to detail and delicacy in handling tissue. A rhinoplasty done right has the ability to change a patient’s entire life just by strengthening the confidence of how they see themselves in the mirror.”
“What is important to realize is that breast augmentation, reduction, labiaplasty and abdominoplasty are procedures that patients have been thinking about for a while before they come see me. And whatever their reasons are for seeking the consult, they are self-conscious about their bodies and that has a negative ripple effect on their lives. I love these procedures because I can apply the same precision and attention to detail skills that I use in my rhinoplasty cases. Yet, while because of swelling, it takes months before the end result of the rhinoplasties can be fully appreciated, the above operations have immediate on-table results. Nothing will ever beat the feeling of knowing the immediate gratification and improvement in quality of life that I know my patients are about to experience!”
